We are further expanding our cross-sector Royalty Finance team and are looking for a Middle Office Administrator.


About the Role

In this position you will have the opportunity to contribute to the following challenges.


Key Responsibilities
  • Playing a crucial role in the execution of contracts, including tasks such as completion of subscription forms and KYC, and obtaining signatories
  • Supporting external administrators and other service providers with data request
  • Dealing with administrative investor queries
  • Assisting portfolio managers with the preparation of investment recommendations and the IC package preparation for the IC
  • Collaborating with the external administrator in reconciling fund and cash flows of the investment positions
  • Preparation of monthly reports and distribution of reports to investors
  • Optimization of our administrative investment and investor related processes
  • Assisting with reviewing and updating legal documents (fund prospectus, etc.)
  • Maintaining Asset under Management figures and centralization of payment checks
  • Coordination of loans related matters when necessary and assist in generating ad-hoc reports

Your Profile
  • Completed commercial education (preferably in banking/financial industry)
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Must be fluent in English if not a native speaker; bonus points for German proficiency
  • Exhibit Accuracy, efficiency, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Embrace flexibility and work as a team player

We are further expanding our Investor Relations team and are looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager.


About the Role

In this position you will be part of the Investor Relations team at PG3. You will be responsible for building new relationships and broadening existing ones with institutional clients primarily in Switzerland and in Germany. You will collaborate closely with other teams across PG3.


Key Responsibilities
  • Raise capital for various uncorrelated investment strategies, including insurance finance, legal finance, royalty finance and other initiatives
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing clients and prospects with a strong focus on institutional investors (pension funds, family offices, asset managers and banks)
  • Understanding and presenting the full range of PG3’s solutions including operational and regulatory features of a product/project
  • Creating tailored, persuasive and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests, assisting with queries, and performance updates
  • Collaborate closely with other PG3 teams (investment team, structuring and middle office)
  • Understand key competitors’ offerings and know how to best position PG3’s solutions
  • Be involved in client onboarding, including CDD and KYC

Your Profile
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in institutional sales for private markets funds
  • Network of institutional investors in Switzerland or Germany
  • Experience in client acquisition and relationship management
  • Quantifiable fundraising track record
  • Entrepreneurship: ability to take initiative, being proactive and relative independence in achieving agreed goals within the framework and values of the firm
  • Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in business English and German – both written and verbal, French is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
