- We are further expanding our Multi-Strategy team and are looking for a Junior Investment Analyst.
About the Role
A successful candidate will have exposure to all aspects of the investment process including origination, analysis, structuring, negotiation, execution, portfolio planning, ongoing management and monitoring of the investment portfolio positions and opportunities.
You will work alongside seasoned industry professionals. Yet, our investment team has a flat structure, and you will be expected and encouraged to take part in all discussions relating to new investment products and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Management and Analysis
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of ongoing and prospective investments encompassing financial modeling, contract reviews, industry research and operational analysis
- Continuous monitoring of investment positions
- Maintaining the relevant documentation
Administration and Monitoring
- Support in executing transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, FX trades, etc.), management and checking (prices, fees, etc.) as well as independent follow-ups as necessary
- Solution-oriented analysis of portfolio characteristics and adherence to investment guidelines (i.e. checking liquidity profiles, FX exposure on a look through basis, etc.)
- Managing investment meetings including following up on tasks and monitoring task completion
- Support of monthly/quarterly administrator and investor reports
- Conducting of various tasks related to product reporting, investment monitoring, market research and internal data requests

- Higher education, a university degree or similar qualification
- Up to two years of experience in the financial services industry (banking, portfolio management, private equity, family office, or advisory firm) would be a plus.
- Languages (professional written and oral): English is required, German would be a plus
- Additional qualifications (CFA, CAIA, FRM, other accounting or similar education) is a plus
We are further expanding our Investor Relations team and are looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager.
About the Role
In this position, you will be part of the investor relations team at PG3 and you will be reporting to the Head of Investor Relations. You will collaborate closely with other teams across PG3.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise capital for various uncorrelated investment strategies, including insurance finance, legal finance, royalty finance and other initiatives
- Develop and manage relationships with existing clients and prospects with a strong focus on institutional investors (pension funds, family offices, asset managers and banks)
- Understanding and presenting the full range of PG3’s solutions including operational and regulatory features of a product/project
- Creating tailored, persuasive and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests, assisting with queries, and performance updates
- Collaborate closely with other PG3 teams (investment team, structuring and middle office)
- Understand key competitors’ offerings and know how to best position PG3’s solutions
- Be involved in client onboarding, including CDD and KYC
Your Profile
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in institutional sales for private markets funds
- Network of institutional investors in Switzerland or Germany
- Experience in client acquisition and relationship management
- Quantifiable fundraising track record
- Entrepreneurship: ability to take initiative, being proactive and relative independence in achieving agreed goals within the framework and values of the firm
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in business English and German – both written and verbal, French is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
